I’m Blogger Dad, also known as David Wright, first time dad of a three year old son, E (his nickname for the blog).
And since there aren’t nearly enough blogs by parents littering the internet, I decided to do my part in consuming bandwidth with musings on parenthood, writing, blogging, and other Very Important Stuff.
I’m a writer and former cartoonist. I’m the co-author of the serialized post-apocalyptic series Yesterday’s Gone, and Available Darkness. I also co-wrote the short story anthology of dark fiction, Dark Crossings.
I’m currently working on the second season of Yesterday’s Gone and a new serialized fiction project with my writing partner, Sean Platt.
About the site
I’ve pretty much ignored this blog while I immersed myself in the world of fiction writing the past year or so. I’m back in 2012 with at least weekly updates, every Wednesday.
I also write at the following blogs, in case you want to add any of these to your feed:
DavidWWright – my personal blog for non-parenting stuff, where I talk about writing, books, TV, and other pop culture, and whatever else I feel like writing about.
Ghostwriter Dad – Where Sean, Tracy, and I write about writing. I do interviews with authors each Wednesday that you’ll want to check out, especially if you’re a writer.
Hopefully, some of you will enjoy what I have to say enough to comment, email me, bookmark or tell others about the site and subscribe to the RSS feed.
If you want to email me, I can be reached at idrawcomics (at) gmail dot com. (Sorry for spelling it all out but I hate spam robots).
Thank you for reading,
