Just in case you missed the preview Friday, our collaborative fitness blog, BlogToFit goes live today with the first of my regular postings. Thanks to everyone who stopped by Friday to wish us well. I was pleasantly surprised by how many people showed up. This is going to be fun! Well, as much fun as losing weight can be, anyway.

Congratulations, sugar! I’ll make it by there eventually, if only to point and laugh…er…be supportive, compassionate, and empathetic.
You know, it’s just a cruel joke on the part of the Universe that weight is so much easier to put on than take off…and that healthy things are costlier, sometimes less flavorful, and usually less convenient to prepare than the things that add acreage to the arse. Sigh.
