the storm has passed
Tropical Storm Fay has passed with little drama for our area, which was in the eye when the storm came ashore. We kept our power most of the time and there was no flooding, so that’s good. Thanks to those who emailed of commented. Unfortunately, I didn’t get much writing or drawing done as we had to entertain my son full time. He is at that needy stage where he cries if one of us leaves the room, even if it’s to go into the kitchen.
I keep waiting for a cloak of invisibility to go on sale on Ebay, so I can walk through the house undetected and get things done.
