Welcome to BloggerDad.com, a parenting blog with a bit of humor and lots of heart.
Yes, I realize there are eight zillion other blogs (and that’s just the ones about blogging) out there begging for your limited reading time. So why would you want to read yet another one? Well, for one, this site won’t waste your valuable time with lots of Well Researched Data to make your life better. Instead, you’ll find lots of opinions, embarrassing anecdotes, poopie jokes quality poopie jokes, pull-no-punches product reviews, links to cool sites, and lots of pictures of the Cutest Toddler in the World, my 16 month old son.
Conventional blogging wisdom (trust me, I perused all eight million blogs about blogs) says in order to have a successful blog, you need to provide people information which will better their lives. I intend to defy that trend, by providing you with information that is useful to me.
Well, why in the hell would I want to read what’s useful to you, Blogger Dad?
Because, you and I are a lot alike. We are both parents, we both love our children but sometimes can’t wait for nap time, and we’re both overweight 30-something artists with OCD and an addiction to cookies-n-cream ice cream that borderlines on fetish. See, I told you we’re a lot alike! And since we’re so much alike (practically twins by now), you just might want to make room for one more daily blog read.

Blogger Dad, we’re only one of those things and I’ll be forty before the year is out. Well okay, maybe I’m a touch overweight, but I’ll be ripped to frikin shreds by the end of the year and I’d let you eat your ice-cream off my washboard stomach – if you were a chick.
